If a third of your weekdays are spent at work, shouldn’t you be doing something meaningful?

Everything we do here is about helping those with disabilities, the chronically ill, or aging people to live long, happy, healthy independent lives. Join us, and see what kind of an impact you can have on the world, while thriving in your career (and having a little fun along the way).

Group of three diverse PPL employees

More than a catchphrase to throw around, diversity drives our success.

We want everybody to feel at home here, and we value the mix of ideas that come from people with different backgrounds and experiences. It keeps us on our toes, and it creates a culture that encourages everyone to share their thoughts. It’s our secret sauce.

Stay Healthy

We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance from your first day with us. Spouses and domestic partners of all genders are also covered. We have health (and parking and transit) flex spending accounts to save money on taxes.

Life Happens

Enjoy generous paid time off and ten federal holidays. Having a baby? Congrats! Take some time off. If you’re having problems with stress, family, or pretty much anything, we have counsellors on call 24 hours a day. Basic life and short-term disability insurance is on us, and you have the option to expand coverage.

Plan for the Future

We’ll match your 401(k) contributions at the top end of the national average; we’ll help you save for your kids’ college fund; and we’ll get you discounts on auto, home, and renter’s insurance. Grow your skills with our free career development courses.
