The Graduates Ready to Attain Success in Postsecondary (GRASP) Student Transition Support Grant aims to support selected Georgia elementary, middle and high schools as they work to increase student success in transitioning to middle school and high school and to postgraduate success.
GRASP Student Transition Support grants provide high schools already in GRASP Grant cohorts 2 and 3 and their feeder middle and elementary schools with funding to support transition programs between elementary, middle, and high school levels for at-risk students to achieve academic success. Allowable grant expenditures include salary and benefits for staff, school provided transportation expenses for students and materials to support the transition program.
