About the Yancey Company Scholarship
At Yancey Company, we recognize that a quality education is key to lifelong success. That’s why we are offering college students the chance to win our $2,000 scholarship. Awarded annually, the Yancey Family Scholarship is to be used for tuition, textbooks, and living expenses.
Eligibility Requirements
All applicants must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an American two- or four-year college or university with a cumulative GPA of 3.0.
Submit the following information to scholarship@yanceycompany.com by Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
- Full name, address, phone number, email address
- Name of college or university, degree and/or program of study, date of enrollment, expected graduation date, and cumulative GPA
- Essay: A 2,000-word essay or a two-minute video addressing one of these topics:
- How can home improvements boost home value?
- How can home improvement projects American families’ lives?
Selection Process and Notification
The Yancey Family will review all submissions, focusing on their creativity, authenticity, and insight. A winner will be selected by August 1, 2020, and the scholarship funds will be distributed by September 1, 2020.
