Descripción

Matrón, PhD en Farmacología de la Universidad de Chile. A lo largo de su carrera su foco ha estado en el aumento del conocimiento en materias de salud sexual y reproductiva. Durante su doctorado se dedicó a explorar los efectos de la exposición a hipoxia crónica y a dietas obesogénicas durante la gestación, en la salud materna, placentaria y fetal.

Actualmente, su interés está en describir los efectos de la actividad física durante la gestación y en los distintos contextos del ciclo vital de la mujer.
