Public API's v4 Now Available
In October of last year, the new REST API, version 4.0 was released to all Timesheets and Planner Cloud customers. This new version offers better performance because we have streamlined the backend processes to deliver a faster response time.
The open API format also offers an increase from 1000 records in version 3.0 to a maximum of 5000 records per API call in version 4.0
Our goal is to have all Timesheets and Planner Cloud customers on version 4.0 by November 1, 2023.
We urge you to make your developers aware of this change so you take advantage of these performance improvements.
