To receive child care referrals from LOCATE, you must check your email for further information. If you do not see an email within 48 business hours, please check your spam/junk folders.

If you would like a Specialist to contact child care providers on your behalf to look for openings and verify provider program information, an appointment for a phone intake will be scheduled based on the times you provide and availability. Please look for the appointment confirmation email and check spam/junk, if necessary.

#2. Complete an online intake to receive a list of child care providers with unconfirmed openings for you to call and verify provider program information and availability. Please look for the emailed list and check spam/junk, if necessary. See link at the end of this form.
#3. Do your own web search in the LOCATE: Child Care database. For log-in, please enter the same email address used for all other LOCATE communications. See link at the end of this form.
