Lake Forest Sustainability Initiatives Public Survey

The Environmental Sustainability Committee is striving to learn what environmental and sustainability initiatives are important to Lake Foresters. To assist in collecting this data, the Committee has created a short survey to gauge environmental and sustainability awareness within the community. The results of this survey will be used to help shape the Committee’s future policy initiatives, outreach and engagement priorities. The survey should take 5 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous.
