During the 2019-2020 academic year, Superintendent Dr. Reginald Eggleston facilitated approximately 15 listening and learning  sessions across the district. Those conversations led to the creation of district goals  that were adopted by the board of education. Today, we are beginning the next step in this process which is to turn those goals into action steps through the development of a strategic plan.  In order to help us in developing this plan, we have created a brief survey.  The purpose of this survey is to solicit your feedback regarding concrete, measurable steps we should consider taking in each of our focus areas. Please take just a few minutes to provide your thoughts. Your suggestions and comments are extremely valuable in helping us create our strategic plan. Thank you.
