The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) thanks you for taking the time to provide feedback on the State Route (SR) 316 Planning Study. Since mid-2022, the study team has been examining a 40-mile section of SR 316 from Interstate 85 (I-85) in Gwinnett County to SR 10 in Oconee County. The goal: to analyze and identify potential improvements to SR 316’s known concerns, which include high crash rates and congestion. As the study’s analysis concludes, the study team is putting forward several initial findings that best benefit safety and mobility along the corridor. This survey aims to gather your feedback on these initial findings to incorporate, to the greatest extent possible, into the study’s final recommendations to be prepared later this year. Please note that the study’s recommendations for improvements are in addition to the ongoing SR 316 reconstruction projects.
