The Southern Society for Pediatric Research was organized in 1960 as a forum for pediatric investigators from the southern region to present their work.

 

The society meets annually in New Orleans, Louisiana, in conjunction with the Southern Regional Meetings.

 

Several workshops on important research and academic skills are presented each year.

 

Learn more about how we are fostering the next generation of pediatricians, pediatric specialists, educators and scientists to promote advances in child health and improve outcomes by highlighting and encouraging scholarly activities.
