Practicing Mindfulness
Would you like to train your brain to be better at paying attention in class? Need some help getting out of auto-pilot and staying present while you’re with your friends or family? Would you like to stop spending so much of your time thinking about the past or worrying about the future? Want a tool to help you better manage your stress, anxiety, and other strong emotions?
If you answered yes to any of the questions above, consider giving Mindfulness a try! Research has shown that practicing as little as 10 minutes a day can make a huge impact on your health and wellness. Learn more by clicking this link and be on the lookout for Mindfulness classes coming soon from the CTHS Counseling Department.
