1.5 Subd. 2a. Certified trained facilitator. "Certified trained facilitator" means a person
1.6employed by a district or regional literacy network, who has completed professional
1.7development approved by the Department of Education in structured literacy, completed
1.8additional training in providing professional development in structured literacy,
and
1.9participates in mentoring or coaching provided by CAREI or the Department of Education
1.10on facilitating literacy training. A literacy lead who meets the requirements under
this
1.11subdivision may be a certified trained facilitator."
