Designing the future of rapid blood testing diagnostics

We help practitioners & patients get white blood count measurements to obtain results within minutes.
Mission
Our Story

Founded in 2018, RizLab Health is a spinoff of the Nano Bioelectronics Laboratory at Rutgers University.

Our Vision

Bringing white blood count analysis to the patient's fingertips using a wireless Artificial Intelligence-fired pocket-sized fully electronic analyzer.

Technology

The CytoTracker is an ultra-compact all-electronic cytometer capable of quantifying the white blood cells with differentials in blood.

Value Proposition

To date, the existing FDA-approved commercially available analyzers are expensive, bulky, and require professionals. Many of the existing platforms provide a variety of other tests and are high in throughput. The CytoTracker, an inexpensive lightweight pocket-sized rapid, and easy to use can be a market disruptive device, filling the void.

A New Vision for Diagnostics

Crowd-sourcing: Mobile Health & Management of Patient Data

  • We will have a large database of patient WBC data with the aim of enabling predictive health.

  • In addition to WBC test results, basic patient information will be maintained.

  • Patients will be given an additional optional questionnaire on their phones regarding symptoms.

  • Both physicians and patients will have access to the data.

  • Data analytics will be used to correlate disease states with WBC count.

In addition to the initial target market (current users: clinical labs and health care providers), The CytoTracker can be utilized in settings where WBC analysis is NOT possible or easily accessible/affordable using current instruments:

The Technology

The CytoTracker is an ultra-compact all-electronic cytometer capable of quantifying white blood cells and the key subtypes.

The CytoTracker can quantify important WBC parameters such as the total white blood cell count, the absolute neutrophil count, and the absolute lymphocyte count, along with the percentages.
