The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Safety Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act
The information and statistics contained in this publication are being presented in compliance with The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Safety Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act. RCTC Campus Safety Office publishes this information to inform members of the campus community and other interested parties of incidents of crime and to educate them in effective crime prevention and safety measures so that they can make informed decisions relative to their safety. The crime statistics reflect incidents that occurred on the RCTC campus or any public property adjacent to the campuses. RCTC does not provide residential dormitories or facilities for on-campus student housing. The Campus Safety Office has primary responsibility for categorizing, disseminating, and publishing crime statistics collected on campus and includes statistics obtained from various local law enforcement entities including the Rochester Police Department.
