Phys-l -- Forum for Physics Educators

About Phys-l
English (USA)

http://www.phys-l.org/, is the homepage for the PHYS-L mailing list. This page was revised 04/2016.

PHYS-L is a list dedicated to physics and the teaching of physics with about 400 members from over 35 countries, the majority of whom are physics educators. Traffic varies from zero to twenty messages/day with an average of about ten per day.

All postings are archived at http://www.phys-l.org/archives. Noninflammatory, professional and courteous postings intended to inform members on how to better understand, teach and learn physics are always welcome.

We appreciate postings that make PHYS-L a friendly, open and civil community for ALL members. We also appreciate the role of patience and respect with one another's struggles to better understand physics in postings. Care in composing postings by all is appreciated.

PHYS-L is officially supported by the SUNY-Buffalo State College Department of Physics and unofficially by the American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT). All PHYS-L postings express the beliefs and interpretations of individual writers, not those of SUNY-BSC or the AAPT.

To see the collection of prior postings to the list, visit the Phys-l Archives.
