School employees that are mentally healthy are our most valuable resource for creating safe and supportive learning environments, especially during uncertain times. Your mental health and wellbeing are critical in this time. Sandra Altshuler, Kaiser Permanente Licensed Clinical Social Worker will share preventative strategies and easily accessible mental health resources to support your own mental wellbeing and those around you. Participants will have opportunity to ask questions and engage the experts in developing strategies that support the needs of your mental health.
