OSPI is pleased to present online training on the Lifelines Comprehensive Trilogy®, led by national experts, Underwood & Associates. Each of the three sections of the trilogy will be offered on two separate dates. Register for each date separately. 

 

Target audience for Lifelines Intervention: Washington K–12 school administration, school counselors and resource staff, school nurses and others. 

 

Overview: The Lifelines Intervention training is based on a four-tiered approach. 

  • Using a public health approach to suicide 

  • Addressing early identification and assessment of at-risk students 

  • Making referrals to community resources for additional services 

  • Considering what resources need to be in place for students returning to school after a suicide-related absence 

 

Schoolthat send at least one staff member to each portion (prevention, intervention, and postvention) of the Lifelines Trilogy and commit to implementing the program will receive access to the full online Lifelines Comprehensive Trilogy® curriculum on-demand for three years (while supplies last). OSPI is offering this important training opportunity through Washington’s Student Support and Academic Enrichment (Title IV, Part A) program.
