Our new Quinoa & PERi-Tomato Salad is about to hit the spot... 

Get your crunch on with fresh lettuce, lightly salted pitta croutons, semi-dried PERi-tomatoes, crumbly feta and a generous handful of quinoa in a Lemon & Wild Garlic dressing. Freshly prepared, it’s filling and then some.

Have it on its own or as a sharing side for the table. Add Grilled Halloumi for a double cheese fix, flame-grilled Boneless Chicken Thighs or a Butterfly Chicken for extra protein or skip the feta and add PERi-PERi Plant Strips for a plant-based hack. The choice is yours.
