AI and Media Literacy for School Libraries
Artificial intelligence is a hot topic, both in education and in our personal lives. The rise of widely available generative AI tools has serious implications for the future of media literacy. Moving forward, it will be more important than ever that our students have the skills to analyze the media they encounter and the habits of mind to think critically before reacting. In this session, we will explore AI tools, and talk about how to view AI through a lens of media literacy.
Each school district will have its own policies regarding the use of AI and other digital tools.
This session is a collaboration between Monroe One and Monroe 2. If you are in a Monroe 2 school, please register here: https://www.mylearningplan.com/WebReg/ActivityProfile.asp?D=18636&I=4466486
