Revised Guidance on “Life-Sustaining” Business from PA Governor’s Office

Last evening, the Governor’s office issued revised guidance regarding the definition of a “life-sustaining business.” You can view the updated list of businesses here. The Governor’s office also provided answers to commonly asked questions, including direction regarding the limited on-site operations that may be conducted by businesses that are able to operate remotely while their physical operations are closed. In order to accommodate the volume of waiver requests, the enforcement deadline has been delayed until Monday, March 23, 2020, at 8:00 a.m.. Should your business desire to file a waiver, you should complete the Business Waiver Application Form, and submit as soon as possible.
