St. Louis, MO - January 7, 2022 - Cathy Arshadi, senior vice president, director of financial management at Commerce Trust Company was named a Corporate Leader of Distinction by the YWCA at their 41st annual Leader Lunch. Each year the YWCA, a nonprofit that advocates for the safety, security and stability of women and children, recognizes local women for their outstanding contributions in the workplace and the community. Cathy was among nine women inducted in the YWCA's Academy of Leaders.

Cathy extends her positive leadership shadow as the East Region sponsor of R.I.S.E., Commerce Bank's employee resource group that supports the personal and professional growth of women team members, and as leader of the Commerce Trust Company diversity, equity, and inclusion initiative focused on recruiting and performance management.

Cathy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She has served on many boards during her career.
