The course developed to give tools and knowledge to candidates preparing for leadership advancement and specialty positions. This one-day seminar is built with experience based on over 150 promotional processes and assisting over 800 candidates.
The seminar covers: how to prepare for the promotional test and how to prepare for the position. The training is unique because it is built from the perspective of both building promotional tests but also from a combined 110 years of experience of the instructors working for cities and counties. All of the instructors are command or executive level professionals
The course is built around the book, Be The Police Supervisor, Preparing For The Test And The Job by John L. Gray.
