- Advocating for driving change and anti-racism are more important now than ever. The market is changing, and now we have a unique opportunity to create the equitable society that we all want and deserve. And so you might be wondering what do I mean when I say anti-racism? And I mean this: There are structural forces that create and perpetuate inequities in our society, and we need to be intentional about creating solutions that counteract those forces. Hi, my name is Kwame Christian, and I'm the director of the American Negotiation Institute. And in this course I'm going to help you to turn your passion into persuasion. And we're going to do this by exploring how we can use negotiation strategy to put you in a better position to advocate for change within your organization.
