Central to Davenport's philosophy is the belief that AI is not merely a tool but a paradigm shift—a catalyst for innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage. Yesterday, I participated in a thought-provoking session led by Prof. Steven Miller, a distinguished Professor Emeritus of Information Systems at the School of Computing and Information Systems, Singapore Management University #SMU organized by #ITMA.
