As you may already know, there is a new draft bill proposal that would restrict the visibility and representation of LGBTQ people in Hungary. Enacting this proposal might not only have a negative impact on LGBTQ people’s lives, but it would also damage business and economic growth. We are launching a joint effort together with our OPEN Community to take action, and ask Hungary based organizations to show their support and stand up for LGBTQ inclusion. With our partner, Open For Business, we created a business briefing about diversity and inclusion in Hungary, that would help organizations understand the workplace, social and economic benefits of LGBTQ inclusion. Participating organizations are joining the initiative by sharing this business briefing in a social media post, and we are encouraging you to follow their lead and do the same: share and circulate this document within your network to help raise awareness to our message about the importance of LGBTQ inclusion.
