It was an honour to join Mars UK's REACH (Race, Ethnicity, and Cultural Heritage) Associate Resource Group and our partners at Young, Black and Professional, LLC yesterday for a thought-provoking panel discussion on Equity in the workplace.    I've always believed in the fundamental principle of fairness and opportunity for all, and I'm acutely aware of the privilege I hold. I try to challenge myself to leverage this privilege to support others, particularly those who have not had the same advantages.    Today's discussion was eye-opening and enriching. On the panel Nsovo Mabasa, Lesley Muguti, Nivashnee Moodley and Cynthia Edusi shared their experiences and the hurdles they've encountered in their careers. Their insights were not only inspiring but, importantly, highlighted the role of allyship.    A massive thank you to BYP Network's Kike Oniwinde Agoro and Barbara Adu-Darko for their expertise and insightful contribution. Collaborations like these are vital in driving meaningful and lasting change towards a truly diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace.

After four decades of dedicated service, our Chief HR Officer, the Global VP of People and Organization, Eric Minvielle, is retiring from Mars at the end of the year. Eric’s journey with Mars has been extraordinary, spanning continents and leaving an indelible mark since he joined us in France in March 1984.
