The National Catholic Educational Association 2024 Convention is just two weeks away in Pittsburgh! This convention, called NCEA 2024: Together in Pittsburgh: Connections, Commitments, Community, is a must-attend event for educators and leaders in Catholic education. It is one of the largest private-education association gatherings in the nation, held in partnership with the Diocese of Pittsburgh. The event brings together educators from all over the US, Canada, and beyond. One of the exciting things about this event is that our own Director of Finance at ICCP, Dr. Justin Camp, will be a featured expert. Dr. Camp will present in Pittsburgh on the topic of "Organizational Development and Change: Managing Expectations and Creating Stakeholders." This will be Dr. Camp's second time presenting at a large convention. He previously presented at the Blackbaud convention last fall in Denver on the topic of "Change Management = Changing Mindset." Dr. Camp is an expert in various topics and frequently writes articles on these areas.
