Biography

Andrew J. Meyer is an associate practicing general corporate and transactional law, specializing in commercial real estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Andrew assists clients of various sizes, ranging from small businesses to large publicly held corporations, who operate across a broad spectrum of industries.

Andrew’s general corporate practice consists of advising clients on general corporate and commercial contract matters along with specific regulatory compliance in various areas of the law including healthcare, employee benefits, and state and municipal business licensing. Andrew’s real estate practice focuses on the purchase and sale of commercial real estate, commercial leasing, zoning, and land use. His experience includes due diligence review, drafting deal documents, and coordinating with third-party vendors such as title companies and surveyors. In his mergers and acquisitions practice, Andrew regularly conducts due diligence reviews, coordinates data room administration, and drafts deal documents.
