Managing Partner- Chicago, Sector Lead- Travel, Hospitality and Leisure Practice 

Radhika Papandreou is the Managing Partner for Korn Ferry’s Chicago office. In addition, she leads the Firm’s North American Travel, Hospitality and Leisure practice. Ms. Papandreou is also a core member within the Board and CEO Services practice where she focuses on CEO succession and board recruitment. 

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Papandreou was at a large executive search firm where she was managing director and global head of its Hospitality and Leisure practice and a core partner within the board practice.  Ms. Papandreou specializes in C-Suite and Board placements and has managed large scale client projects including bankruptcies, turnarounds, spin-offs and M&A.  ​

Previously, Ms. Papandreou had an eighteen-year career in corporate banking, most recently as managing director and Head of the Consumer and Healthcare practice for Lloyds Bank North America.  Prior to that she was a senior banker at BBVA.  She began her banking career at Citigroup working within the corporate and investment bank in both New York and London.​

Ms. Papandreou speaks frequently at industry conferences and contributes to industry publications including Lodging Magazine, Forbes and Fortune. ​

Ms. Papandreou earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a dual major in International Affairs & Economics from the Johns Hopkins University,  and later a  Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Ms. Papandreou is a member of the Board of Directors of Equity LifeStyle (NYSE: ELS), a  leading owner and operator of manufactured home communities, RV resorts and campgrounds in North America. Ms. Papandreou is also a National Trustee of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, an organization that enables young people most in need to achieve great futures as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Today, 4,300 Clubs serve nearly 4 million young people through Club membership and community outreach. Ms. Papandreou is currently a Leadership Fellow at the Johns Hopkins University.
