The procession past Dave and Cathy Hixson's Leitersburg-area home had about 20 cars decorated with happy birthday messages and balloons and a special appearance from The Johns Hopkins Blue Jay mascot. Jane Hixson first started working for Johns Hopkins University in 1968 and continued to work as a data entry clerk at the Comstock center until the COVID-19 pandemic hit.
