Video Transcript:This is Jonathan Franco and I wanted to talk to you a little bit about wage loss claims within car accidents and other personal injury cases. A lot of people when they’ve had some sort of injury and they’re being held out of work are wondering whether or not they have a wage loss claim or how to best put forth the wage loss claim. The answer to that is that they need to have a couple of pieces of evidence. The first is going to be they need to have a doctor holding them out of work for the period of time during which they’re trying to make the wage loss claim. The second is going to be they need to have a doctor saying that the reason they’re being held out of work is because of the car accident or the other personal injury issue. Third, they’re going to need something showing what they were making during that period of time. If you’re able to put all three of those together you should be able to successfully make a wage loss claim. So if you’ve been injured in an auto accident or other personal injury give us a call at Haug, Farrar & Franco and we’d be happy to help you. 228-872-8752.
