About this event

Startup entrepreneurship is an exciting journey that is fraught with making new decisions and overcoming barriers. It's easy to slip into paralysis mode when comparing ourselves to where we feel we “should” be especially given so many variables and unknowns.

That's when methods for divergent thinking and clarifying limitations can help.

Join TEDx Speaker, author, and serial entrepreneur Sam Tarell in an interactive and creative workshop where you will:

  1. - Learn what divergent thinking is and it's leadership value
  2. - Be given a framework to achieve an "impossible" goal
  3. - How to reverse engineer a timeline into tangible outcomes
  4. - Define and identify limitations holding your startup back
  5. - Create a prioritization plan for next steps to work with coach, mentor or advisor

This workshop is interactive and includes several open discussions and breakout sessions.

Sam is a former UCF student who pioneered the Divergent Leadership Model which he used to scale his first company into a global success helping over 5,000 clients internationally. Today, he trains start-up to mid-sized companies on strategies in divergent leadership, emotional intelligence, and company culture.
