This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our public Montessori school strives to give students the independence needed for real life. I love how the students at Mata Montessori want to keep their environment clean, including the cafeteria! They will love the addition of extra cleaning supplies.

By giving them this free standing broom cart, we will have a great place to store our cleaning supplies in a central location.

With a student population of over 700, having extra brooms and caddies will also help students access the supplies they need.

By having these cleaning supplies and storage system in place, our students can now take more ownership in their environment from 1st grade all the way to 8th grade.
