Referral Bonus Program
Consentium Search will pay a referral bonus to you directly or, in your honor, to one of the charities or foundations listed above or another organization of your choice* based upon the following criteria:
If you refer a new client to us, and we subsequently receive and successfully fill a position with them, you are entitled to receive a referral bonus.
If you refer a prospective candidate to us for a position that we have not yet contacted them for, and they are successfully placed in that position, you are entitled to receive a referral bonus.
The bonus amount is determined as a factor of the billing for each placement and is contingent upon the placement surpassing the guaranteed minimum length of employment on each particular search.
If you have a special request for a donation following a successful placement, please advise your Consentium Search consultant or recruiter.
*Requested charity or foundation must be registered as a 510 (c)(3) organization.
