COLUMBIA STUDENT HOUSING

Application for Housing

In this application, you will provide some personal information including your academic background, previous rental history, and criminal background (as those relate to you). You'll need this information to complete your application:

  • Identification 

  • Date of birth

  • Driver's license number

  • Social Security number

  • Columbia College Student ID Number​

  • Criminal history

  • Academic disciplinary history

  • Previous residential judgement

You will also be asked questions regarding your living style preferences to best help staff when selecting residents to be matched as roommates. If you would like to live with anyone specifically, you will be able to list their name(s) in the application. Room assignments for the 2024-2025 year will be determined in late summer and communicated to residents in August. 

 

Each applicant is required to provide a qualifying financial guarantor (often a parent) when applying for housing. In some circumstances, this requirement may be waived. If you do not have a financial guarantor due to special circumstances, please contact us at housing@yosemite.edu before completing this application.

Please note, that there will be a $50 non-refundable application fee that is collected at a later date. Once this application has been completed, you will not be able to edit your submission.
