In a lawsuit filed late Wednesday, Officer Cynthia Donald said Ex-Chicago police Superintendent Eddie Johnson raped and abused her repeatedly for more than three years, and later destroyed evidence of that abuse on his cellphone when the city Inspector General was investigating his conduct.
