I am passionate about helping people discover their unique, God-given gifts and to deepen their relationship with God, in order to discern best how to use these gifts. I have spent twenty years providing therapy services in the mental health field, and I have recently discerned my own call to provide life coaching from a Catholic perspective. I believe that many Catholics are hungry for guidance and support in flourishing in their spiritual lives and discovering how God is calling them to grow. I am excited about being a part of individuals' processes, and also about contributing my "small portion" to the upbuilding of the Church.

After working as a counselor for over 20 years in the mental health field, I began discerning a call to provide Catholic life coaching, specifically focused on enhancing, deepening, and developing personal mission and call in the spiritual life. In June 2022, I founded Radiant Life Coaching to begin offering spiritual life coaching. I am still in the beginning phases of this new venture, and I look forward to ongoing discernment about where God will take this!
I particularly love to help people understand their unique gifts, talents, temperaments, and call from God, in order to unlock life-giving potential within their personal, professional, and parish relationships. It is a joy to assist people in identifying and removing obstacles to their movement forward, and to help people sharpen their awareness of God's love and His voice speaking to them.
