The Brewers of Pennsylvania 9th Annual Mid Atlantic Brewers’ Symposium & Expo will take place October 20, 2024 – October 22, 2024 and be held at the TBD. This awesome event is a two-day symposium featuring thirteen, 45 minute general sessions, multiple breakout sessions, a welcome reception with 30+ industry exhibitors and an attendees social event. In addition to the Symposium schedule, there will be a casual meet and greet for all attendees at BOP Member Brewery, TBD, on Monday, 10/21/24 from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
With the science of brewing and business of brewing as the focus, attendees will be exposed to valuable resources and insight plus be given a unique perspective on Pennsylvania’s ever-changing craft beer landscape.

Symposium registration includes: educational sessions, access to the BOP Trade Expo, Meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Snacks) and Symposium social events (Welcome Reception & Monday Night Networking). The BOP Symposium registration is open to all breweries, regardless of Guild membership. LODGING
The BOP Symposium be held at the TBD, Pittsburgh, PA. The discounted rate secured for attendees is $TBD per night. In order to take advantage of this discount, hotel room reservations must be secured by September 30, 2024. Please be sure to secure accommodations at Toftrees Resort & Conference Center. Your room reservation(s) HELPS the BOP meet the room block contractual guarantee.

Exhibitor FAQs:
- Symposium Exhibit area will be located immediate outside hallway of meeting rooms. Please note, the exhibit area will host all F&B and be main traffic areas outside of meeting rooms.
- Exhibit Tables will be assigned upon arrival. There is no one table position with advantage over other table positions.
- 10/20/24 Exhibitor Set-up & load in 4:00 PM ET – 6:00 PM ET.
- 10/22/24 Exhibitor break down and depart. 11:30 AM ET – 12:30 PM ET.
- WiFi will be available throughout meeting space.

CALL FOR SYMPOSIUM PRESENTATIONS
We cordially invite you to submit a proposal to present at the Brewers of Pennsylvania 9th Annual Mid Atlantic Brewers’ Symposium.
- Please submit presentation ideas HERE.
- Call for Symposium Presentations Deadline July 28, 2024. Submissions received after deadline will be evaluated on content interest needs.
- The first round or presentation approvals will be notified by Friday, August 18, 2024.
SYMPOSIUM REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
The BOP Symposium Refund and Cancellation Policy will be as follows:
- All symposium sponsorships and exhibit tables can be fully refunded PRIOR to September 1, 2024.
- Registrants canceling after September 1, 2024 will not receive any refund.
- The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
ATTENDANCE POLICY:
BOP reserves the right to accept or reject registrations and to cancel any previously accepted reservations, at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to the registrant or any other party. This policy was instituted to maintain the professional environment of the symposium, while protecting the interests of our attendees and exhibitors.
Loud, abusive, or defamatory language, harassment or other unprofessional or inappropriate behavior is not permitted at any time at the show. If such conduct is engaged in by a registrant, please be advised that BOP may cancel any previously accepted reservations, at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to the registrant or any other party, and the registrant agrees to exit the premises immediately.
BOP has sole discretion over admission at all times and shall strictly enforce all show rules. Attendees agree to abide by these attendance rules, which may be updated at any time. Violators risk immediate confiscation of their show badge without refund and removal from the premises. Violators will not be allowed re-entry.
BOP, its sole discretion, reserves the right to decline the registration of any applicant that may violate national security or export compliance laws, including U.S. economic sanctions. Applicants must provide full, truthful information when registering, in accordance with registration terms and conditions.
