Elton John & Dua Lipa’s ‘Cold Heart’ Earns 20th Week at No. 1 on Hot Dance/Electronic Songs Chart

Plus, moves for Alok and Alan Walker, Oliver Heldens and Anabel Englund, and Jennifer Lopez.

Elton John and Dua Lipa hail a landmark 20th week at No. 1 on Billboard’s multi-metric Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart (dated March 5) with “Cold Heart (PNAU Remix).” The track earned 38.8 million all-format radio airplay audience impressions (up 6%) and 10.9 million U.S. streams (up 1%) and sold 8,300 downloads (up 37%) in the Feb. 18-24 tracking week, according to MRC Data.

“Heart” is only the eighth song to earn 20 or more weeks at No. 1 on Hot Dance/Electronic Songs since its inception in January 2013.

It collected 14 weeks atop Dance/Mix Show Airplay in October-January, tied (with Rihanna’s “We Found Love,” featuring Calvin Harris) for the sixth-most weeks at No. 1 since the list’s 2003 launch).

“Heart” also returns to Billboard Hot 100‘s top 10 (12-10), where it reached No. 7 and sparked John’s record span of appearing in the region.

Shifting to the Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart, Oliver Heldens and Anabel Englund dart into the top 10 with “Deja Vu” (12-8). Heldens’ fifth top 10 and Englund’s sixth, the track advances thanks to core-dance airplay, led by Music Choice’s Dance/EDM Channel, iHeartRadio’s Evolution Network and KMVQ-HD2 San Francisco.

Further on Dance/Mix Show Airplay, Jennifer Lopez leaps to her third top 10 with “On My Way” (14-10). The poppy track, from the soundtrack to Marry Me, in which Lopez stars, is scoring play on Music Choice, KQPS Palm Springs, Calif., and iHeartRadio’s Pride Radio, mostly for its TELYkast remix.
