Does the constant juggling of personal and professional demands leave you drained, overwhelmed, and ready to give up? You are not alone. There is another way, and it doesn’t require throwing it all out and spending five years in a cave.

Burnout is a modern epidemic, with countless women exhausted from trying to be everything to everyone (except themselves), only to realize they have nothing left to give.

In Burned Out to Lit Up, Cara Houser shares her personal journey from soul-crushing burnout to recovery and renewal. With raw vulnerability and hard-won wisdom, she guides you step-by-step through recognizing burnout in yourself, making space in your insanely overbooked life by decluttering your space, mind, and schedule, rebuilding healthy mindsets, habits, and practices, and sustaining your transformation for the long term through resilience and joy.

Through powerful reflection exercises, stories of lessons learned the hard way, and distilled guidance, you will discover how to reclaim your power, joy, and well-being, and recenter your life around who and what matters most to you – all without breaking the bank or falling into an existential abyss.

If you’re ready to ditch the grind and reclaim your life, join this life-changing journey of healing and reigniting your soul. The world needs your spark, and your time to shine is now.
