See projectOversaw the development of of The Panoramic, located at 1321 Mission St. in SF, a 160 unit 11 story student housing project in the mid-market neighborhood.
The project contains 120 micro unit studios and 40 suites. The ground floor features a cafe, office space, and lounge for the residents, and each floor has its own common area. Outdoor landscaped gathering spaces include a second floor courtyard and rooftop terrace.
Responsible for managing all phases of the project…Oversaw the development of of The Panoramic, located at 1321 Mission St. in SF, a 160 unit 11 story student housing project in the mid-market neighborhood.
The project contains 120 micro unit studios and 40 suites. The ground floor features a cafe, office space, and lounge for the residents, and each floor has its own common area. Outdoor landscaped gathering spaces include a second floor courtyard and rooftop terrace.
Responsible for managing all phases of the project, including: acquisition, due diligence, financial analysis, community outreach, planning and environmental approvals, permitting, design and construction, and conversion to a fully occupied, stabilized building. Point person for investor relations, the construction and perm loans, and on construction and financing contract negotiations.
