Teen Day Hikes

Build your hike habit and join Wild Grief on the trail for a day long hike. We’ll spend time exploring, eating together, and sharing stories.

Pack water, snacks, a lunch, and the ten essentials before meeting up with the group to drive together to the trailhead.

Our day hikes are moderate in difficulty and designed to be manageable for a wide range of people. Choose sturdy footwear that will keep you dry, even if the trail is wet or muddy.

Every day hike is led by a Wild Grief facilitator with training in leading hikes, administering first aid, and facilitating grief support for youth.

Who: 13-18 year olds who have lost someone significant.
When: Early summer, early fall, late winter.
What: One-day hike.
