This half day course delivered by Relate will support individuals to have a better understanding of the following areas:

> What are counselling skills?
> The importance of confidentiality and the need for clear boundaries and structure in interviews
> Giving feedback effectively
> An introduction to the essential listening and responding skills of the counsellor and how to manage an interview
> Listening skills for one to one meetings
