Microsoft OneDrive – Where is My Stuff?!

OneDrive allows organizations to simply share, work together, and collaborate on the same files, while protecting and securing important information. This webinar will show how to efficiently navigate and use OneDrive. Attendees will learn how to log in to OneDrive, create, access and edit multiple file types used in Microsoft 365, change the view and sorting options, organize folders, share files, and view file details. Q&A will be embedded into the second half of the session. |

Microsoft Teams Refresh – Best Practices and Making Teams Work for YOU!

Ideas will be centered on tips for restructuring current Teams procedures and examining new, more efficient protocols and governance for how you collaborate and communicate. |

Microsoft Teams Advanced

This session explores the use of Teams for communication and collaboration, streamlined file sharing, and OneNote integration. The instructor will cover understanding the different types of Teams including how to: create a Team with private channels, navigate within a Team and manage permissions, upload/create files, start/reply to conversations and post announcements, and use the built-in OneNote notebook, as well as add additional apps that can be used in Teams and other out-of-the box use cases. |

Microsoft OneDrive Advanced

OneDrive Advanced will provide participants with a strong understanding of the functionality within OneDrive and how to manage files to increase efficiency and effectiveness with OneDrive and Microsoft 365. This session will show how to connect OneDrive to device(s), save a file from Office applications, restore or permanently delete an item, create a folder, move and upload files to a folder, file properties, check version history, sort and filter files, and work offline. Q&A will be embedded into the second half of the session. |

All Things Teams Meeting

Teams Meetings are more than just another scheduled invite on the calendar. This session will take a deep dive into all things Teams meeting. Learn how hosting a meeting in Microsoft Teams can be more interactive than just sharing screens and video. Participants will learn best practices for setting up Teams meetings and new features to make the most out of your remote sessions whether as a set calendar invite, in channels, during chats, in hybrid environments, as webinars, or any other ways your team can imagine. |

Microsoft Forms

Curious how forms can work for you? With Microsoft Forms you can create a form, such as a survey or quiz, invite others to respond to it using almost any web browser or mobile device, see real-time results as they're submitted, use built-in analytics to evaluate responses, and export results to Excel for additional analysis or grading. This session will explore how Forms works both independently and with other applications such as Microsoft Teams.
