SSTAR would like to learn about your needs for colon cancer screening to better serve our patients using a quick online survey. Colon cancer screening is a test to check for signs of illness before you have any symptoms. Completing this survey is voluntary. We appreciate your answering these questions. The health center may share what we learn with The Massachusetts Department of Public Health to help improve cancer screening services in the state.
