The Mentorship Program offered by the ASPA Section on Women in Public Administration (SWPA) is a unique opportunity to mentor students and young professional members of SWPA. As a mentor, you will play a crucial role in guiding mentees to effectively engage with ASPA and SWPA, navigate the public administration profession, and advance in their careers. Your expertise and experience will be instrumental in mentoring mentees on networking, maximizing SWPA membership benefits, and achieving academic and professional success throughout the program and beyond.
