Bloomberg is committed to advancing individuals from underrepresented backgrounds. This program is open to college first-years, including without limitation, who identify as Black, African-American, Hispanic, Latinx, Native, Indigenous and/or are first-generation college students.

What to expect

The monthly online workshops offer an opportunity for students to:

  • Build professional development skills such as personal branding and networking
  • Receive career prep and planning advice from diversity-focused recruiters
  • Learn about resources and approaches to managing mental health & wellness
  • Get tips on time management and other college-life skills

Upon completion of the program, you will be eligible to win special prizes, including Uber Eats codes, complimentary access to Bloomberg Market Concepts and Bloomberg ESG Certificate courses, or a one-on-one resume review with a Bloomberg recruiter.*
