Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE)
ECFE Program Teacher and Parent Lead

The St. Clair School District is looking to hire a part-time ECFE Teacher who would work collaboratively with a Parent Educator in leading an ECFE Program. The structure of the program is to be determined as the options of the program could be; one evening a month, two evenings a month, one evening a week for six consecutive weeks during the Fall, Winter and Spring. The school district is open to building a program with the ECFE Teacher.

The individual applying for the position must have ECFE Licensure, or Elementary Education Licensure.

The Parent Lead position will be hired by the ECFE Teacher and we are accepting applications for that position at this time.

High School Principal (7-12)

St. Clair Public School is seeking its next High School Principal.  St. Clair is a K-12 Facility located 7 miles southeast of Mankato, MN.  St. Clair High School serves approximately 400 students, 30 licensed staff, including a high school counselor, and 10 support staff for grades 7-12.

The High School Principal will work with a driven-staff that delivers exceptional educational experience, and inspires each student for personal fulfillment and to contribute purposefully in our ever-changing world.

The position plays a crucial role in guiding St. Clair’s next generation, and we seek a student-centered, visionary leader who will empower students to discover their interests, explore opportunities, and pursue their passions in high school and beyond. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Current Minnesota principal’s license or ability to obtain
  • Master’s degree in educational leadership, administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of improving student achievement and promoting a positive school culture
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Demonstrate ability to lead and inspire staff members
  • Experience with resource allocation and fiscal management
  • Accountable and responsible leader with experience in giving clear directions to staff, making effective decisions, and demonstrating strong follow-through
  • Experience with curriculum development and evaluation, personnel development, and staff evaluation using a performance-improvement process
  • Knowledge and experience regarding current issues and trends in school management

High School English Teacher (1.0 FTE)

Position Description:
St. Clair School District #ISD 75 (located 7 miles southeast of Mankato, MN) is a K-12 facility and is seeking applicants for a full-time (
1.0 FTE) and is tentatively slated to teach College in Schools (CIS) Courses, however flexibility in scheduling can be adjusted based on the best available candidate and fit with our students. 

Candidates should be able to demonstrate versatility in and out of the classroom, with a strong academic background and previous teaching experience. Advanced degree preferred, due to the CIS course, but not mandatory as we may have some flexibility in this area.  A strong background in digital curriculum and technology will be expected as the St. Clair School District uses technology extensively to enhance the learning of all our students.  Coaching and advising positions may be available.  This position is open until filled.
