Superstar duo Florida Georgia Line will soon become the next country act to headline an Encore Drive-In Nights concert, with a one-night-only event on the books for next month.

Coming to hundreds of big screens all over North America (and around the world), the concert will feature special guests Nelly, Chase Rice and Rachel Wammack — and the return of FGL’s anything-goes swagger.

Set for Saturday night, June 12, the pre-recorded but never-before-seen concert will be projected simultaneously on drive-in screens far and wide, with fans jamming along to the duo’s biggest hits from the safety of their cars. Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley have not performed together in over a year, and the duo has yet to announce any new, post-pandemic dates, so this may be fans’ best chance to enjoy favorites like “Cruise,” “Long Live,” and their new duet with Rice on “Drinkin’ Beer. Talkin’ God. Amen.”

“We’re so excited to start playing shows again and can’t wait to bring this special one to all of our fans around the world,” the duo note in press release. “The night will be full of hits, good vibes, and a few surprises. Everybody come on out June 12!”

The Encore Drive-In Nights series began as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic, with artists and promoters seeking a way for fans to safely enjoy live music. Country stars like Garth Brooks, Blake Shelton and Kane Brown have taken part in the past, and Bon Jovi was recently revealed as the first headliner of Encore’s 2021 series. That show will hit drive-in theaters on May 22, and new for this year is the addition of some indoor theaters as well.

Car passes to the FGL show can be used by up to six people and are on sale now, with prices starting at $68 for the first two days, and then increasing as the show gets closer.
