Frederick County Public School (FCPS) has contracted with Public Consulting Group (PCG) to conduct a review of the district’s special education programming and services. As a part of this review, we are seeking your input.
Who should respond to this survey? Parents/guardians of students currently receiving special education services in FCPS are asked to complete this survey. Your participation is completely voluntary.
How long will this survey take? This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
What is the purpose of this survey? The purpose of this survey is to seek input from parents and families regarding FCPS special education program strengths and areas for improvement.
Will my responses be kept confidential? Yes, your answers will be confidential. Only the review team at PCG will have access to your individual responses. A summary of survey results will be included in the final report. No individual responses will be included. Identifiable information will not be provided to the district.
What if I have more than one child receiving special education services in FCPS? Please complete a separate survey for each child.
