The ExcEL Leadership Academy program provides micro-endorsements for classroom teachers to strengthen their skills in supporting multilingual learners. OSPI will be offering this program to teachers in small and rural districts with under 500 multilingual learners in Washington State. Please use this form to indicate your district's interest in participating.
